ADHD Websites/Research

CAUTION: informational sources are helpful resources for those being treated for ADHD but have limited use without treatment, because, as Dr. Russell A. Barkley, Phd stresses, “ADHD individuals do not have a problem knowing what to do, they have a problem doing what they know.”
Adding more knowledge to a brain that does not adequately transform knowledge into action is of little value.
